Haha, funny concept! I like how you made him look muscular compared to just old, tubby Patrick. The design kind of reminds me of Bo Rai Cho from Mortal Kombat.

This is insanely cool and original! Spider Man's head being impaled on a dagger is what makes this drawing.

I can't believe all of the shading that was done. It's pretty incredible how many different shades of grey are in this drawing.

Also, the detail is breathtaking and there could not be a more perfect background.

You deserve frontpage for this.

jungmeister responds:

WOW THANX FOR INCREDIBLE COMPLIMENT. THE KINFE THING AND THE BACKGROUND JUST CAME TO MY HEAD AS I DREW IT ,BUT I GUESS SOMETIMES GOOD IDEAS JUST COMES IN AN INSTANT

Very creepy and nightmarish looking, I love it! It actually kind of reminds me of a Regenerator from Resident Evil 4. What was your inspiration for this?

buriedantenna responds:

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. It was a commission piece, so really it was based on what the client was looking for. He wanted something that looked Giger inspired but had this 'Christ's Flesh' name in mind, so when I combined those two things, this is what came out.

The concept of making your own Super Saiyan is pretty neat. The background suits in with him transforming into a Super Saiyan. He was drawn pretty well for the most part. There are a few issues with how you drew his body, though.

1. His abs should be closer to his pecs. Or you could've just given him an eight pack. Either way, there's a weird gap between his chest and abs.
2. With his pecs, the skin is going into his biceps, which isn't anatomically correct at all.
3. His right shoulder looks abnormal. There's a little bit of an indent by his shoulder and then there's a little bulge. I know it's supposed to be muscle, but it wasn't drawn very well.

Besides those issues, I think this is pretty cool as a huge DBZ fan.

Hey thanks, I always love to have actual constructive feedback. I see exactly what you're saying, it's been a good while since I've actually drawn properly and it seems I've not quite shaken the rust off, I noticed a good few things myself but only once I was half way through adding colors and shadows, t'was a good warm up however. Thanks again for the helpful comment.

The animation is actually pretty good! You should consider making a movie submission of your own and submitting it here on Newgrounds someday.

PanzerJig responds:

Thanks! I'll try to come up with something interesting.

Man, this is so nostalgic for me...Having Eustace say one of his catchphrases is comedy gold for anyone who watched or still watches Courage the Cowardly Dog. Then having Grim there is comedy gold, too.

I just wish Courage was in this in his classic terrified pose, like this:

That's exactly how he would react to seeing Grim. It would make this perfect.

Great work, nonetheless, though!

YonusBahtzee responds:

I know, right? Thanks btw. The original drawing had Grimm standing over Courage while he did his iconic scream pose.

I would shove a knife in a steak if it was alive, too...haha.

I really like the drawing style and like VicariousE said, the steak is nicely detailed. Nice work!

I can't believe how wicked and cool this is at the same time!

Since it looks like there's weed smoke coming out of his eyes while he's chowing down, you made it look like the elements of waking and baking are happening at the exact same time. It might be in an unrealistic way, but holy shit is it insanely cool.

I also love that it has the trippy element to it, too.

Definitely adding this to my favorites. Superb work!

Bugdog001 responds:

Thanks, man! Stay groovy.

Not really sure what I'm looking at right now. It looks like a cross between a plane, a stingray, and a whale shark. Whatever it is, it looks pretty cool. I really like the design and how it's glowing or at least how it looks like it's glowing.

DrApfelwurst responds:

I don't know either :D
Thank you! :)

There's not a whole lot to say besides:

1. This will be an absolutely fantastic title screen for your upcoming game.
2. The man's shadow really caught me by surprise and is a very cool element to this piece of art.
3. It gives me an old-school vibe, which is great.

Really, everything about this is excellent. I wouldn't change a thing.

You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning.
