Wow, this is...this is just stunning. The amount of detail put into the textures and different colors of the fur is superb. The proportions are all excellent and the eyes could not look more realistic unless they were moving.

In summation, everything is just breathtaking because of how realistic the tiger looks. It must've taken a long time to create the amazing detail of this portrait. There was definitely no talent wasted here. Terrific job.

Matsuemon responds:

Wow! Thank you SO much for such a thoughtful comment. I really appreciate it! This was my first animal portrait, so I was very happy with how it turned out. Kind of surprised myself. The texturing of his muzzle was the hardest part. Took several layers blended together, and a custom brush, to get it to look right.

Another beach painting, I love it. The ocean, the blue sky, and the sand really capture the calming nature of this painting. But one thing I must point out is that the wave present doesn't look right. The rest of the water is perfectly calm except for that one small wave. It just doesn't look natural or maybe it's just me.

Overall, this is a great little painting and you put a fine amount of effort into the details of everything in it. If it wasn't for the wave looking unusual I probably would've given this painting five stars.

I've always loved beach sunsets, so this gets a soft spot in my heart. The different colors of the sunset are absolutely beautiful, especially the purple. You drew the water very well and the sun reflecting off of the water looks spot on.

A very simple idea for a painting, but elegant nonetheless.

Matsuemon responds:

Thanks so much, Def! I do love sunsets, and the beach is like my favorite place to be, so I had to do it. I think soon I'm going to have to do a lighthouse seascape scene. =)

The only part I don't like about this piece of art is the color of her forearm armor. It's flesh colored, which makes it look like she has human forearms.

Besides that, though, I love how cartoonish it looks. Also, her drawing her finger across her neck really suits her aggressive character. Very nice job for the most part. This is one of the best Undyne illustrations I've seen.

AGG-ArtistGamerGal responds:

Thank you! I agree that I could've made a better choice on the color of the gloves- thanks for the great feedback!

I agree with spicy-t about her armor. It looks like Medusa turned everything but her head into stone, haha. You painted everything else well, though, especially her face and hair. Although, her skin color should be blue and not purple.

ForeveraToon responds:

Hey, any feedback is good feedback. I might return to this one and fix my mistakes. Thank you.

Oh, man, do I miss these. I can smell and taste them right now. Nice job with the artwork...and making me hungrier than I already am, haha.

I've been a big fan of South Park since I was a little kid...which is bad, but whatever, haha. This piece of art brings back all of the memories of them standing at the bus stop. If only the creators didn't kill off Ms. Crabtree...Very nice piece of pixel art overall.

LexRodent responds:

Thanks, I'm a long time South Park fan too.
Ms. Crabtree was fun (same as Chef), that show still gets me.

This is rather...interesting...and disturbing, but I don't mean that in a bad way entirely, haha. My take on this is that the small logs of wood in the ears represents ignorance. The speakerphone represents preaching to the masses, while keeping in mind the wood in the ears, so this person must be preaching blindly about whatever he wants, while not listening to others. The straw in the brain I'm guessing is supposed to portray that his brain is having the life sucked out of It by the government, an unidentified group of people. etc.

This piece of art is pretty hard to decode. It's difficult to pinpoint the several different meanings it has. I do like the complexity from what I've taken a guess on, but the rest, the guts spilling out, the arm missing, I have no idea what it means. I wish it would've been just a tad more clear to understand the purpose of this illustration.

Overall, it's a piece of art that makes you think and I really appreciate that. People need to be challenged. But like I said, just a little more clarity about the guts spilling out and the arm missing would've been nice.

FogStudio responds:

The meaning is that he states with the screen that he is open-minded, while he's actually just preaching his own opinions and not listening or seeing other's opinions, the brain sucked means that he's a dumbass and the guts falling out mean that he's an hypocrit that can't keep himself together.
i know it's hard to understand the meaning, but it wasn't my intention to explain it; i just left it to imagination :)

I really like your art style in this illustration. It looks graffiti like and I find it very appealing. However, what I really don't like about it is whatever is going on with the skull's jaw. My guess is that you made it look like it's jaw is melted or deformed or something, but nonetheless, it doesn't look very alluring.

If you ever have the time or think this illustration is worth redoing, I would recommend actually drawing it with a jaw and teeth like how a skull should look like. It would look far better that way, in my opinion, and I think others would think the same. I would love seeing it redone, but that's your call.

Overall, very good effort, but how you made the skull's jaw look really killed this piece of art for me.

FogStudio responds:

Thanks a lot for the advice, i don't know if i'll redo it, i don't exclude it though.
really appreciate your comment :)

You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning.
