This is not that bad of a game, but it's not that great either. The concept has been done before, but it wasn't executed badly here, so good job on that. However, this game has a lot of flaws.
First of all, the scroll bars work very awkwardly and their design isn't the best. The scroll bars would've been much better if you made them like all other scroll bars are, with a rectangle that you can drag up and down.
Secondly, the development upgrade is harder to click on than it should be. You have to click on it in just the right spot to be able to upgrade the development time.
Lastly, the layout could've been better. I thought everything looked a bit confusing when I first started playing. More instructions should've been put into the actual game and not in the Author's Comments instead. It would be more convenient and make it less likely for someone playing this to become confused because not all users look at the Author's Comments.
This game does have it's flaws, but it has some good attributes, too. I like how once you've done a job 10 times and studied a certain lesson 20 times that you can have the game do those things for you automatically.
Also, the music isn't too shabby. I like how you put several different songs into the game for the player to listen to, so it's not just one song playing over and over again. Being able to adjust the volume was a nice touch, too.
This game has potential and has a couple of nice elements in it, but it definitely could've been done better.
